Pronunciation of Mantras for Astral Projection

In this conference, a practice will be carried out by pronouncing the different mantras in the following way:
Lengthening each mantra for 6 seconds, first aloud five times and then mentally, without vocalizing any sound, fifteen times.
Mantras and Concentration Points
  • FAAAAAARRRRAAAAAOOOOOONNNNNNN
  • Concentrate by imagining a pyramid on the forehead.
  • LAAAAAA RRRRAAAAA-SSSSSSSS
  • Concentrate on the brow chakra.

  • Concentrate on the heart.
  • OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMM
  • Concentrate on the heart.

  • Concentrate on the larynx.

  • Concentrate on the brow chakra.
Important Notes:
  1. Breathing: Be mindful to pronounce the mantra while exhaling, for approximately six (6) seconds. Inhalation should be soft and as normal as possible so as not to interrupt the state of drowsiness.
  1. Night Practice: Students should be advised that only one mantra is used during the night.
