Meditation and Koans

Meditation is the bread of the wise.
We must know how to be serious, we must know how to change, if we truly do not want to fail in Esoteric work. Meditation is fundamental when we sincerely desire such a change.
He who does not know how to meditate, the superficial, the obtuse, will never be able to dissolve the Ego; he will always be an impotent log amidst the furious sea of life.
When one seeks wisdom, there is no other choice but to learn to meditate. Meditation is entering the Sixth and Seventh Dimensions, and this can only be done in one way: by muzzling the Ego and liberating the Essence. This exercise, once learned, becomes very simple.

We need to get serious and cast aside the many absurdities that abound in cheap pseudo-esotericism and pseudo-occultism.
In no way do we desire an inconsequential, superficial, or vain meditation. We are interested in real, transcendental meditation. We must know how to distinguish and manage one from the other. Transcendental Meditation is different; it seeks changes in the Being.
What is a Koan?
A Koan is a phrase without an answer, usually paradoxical. The mind will always try to answer it, but it cannot because it does not know. Then the thinking process becomes saturated and exhausted, giving way to Consciousness. This is how the Ego is silenced, and the Essence is freed for a few moments.
Some Koans: (Only one should ever be used at a time).
If these two hands, when clapped together, make this sound (sound of applause), what is the sound of one hand clapping? We concentrate on the sound of one hand, and await the answer until the Essence escapes.
We ask ourselves: “Where is Truth?” And we remain in expectation of the answer.
We ask ourselves: “Where is emptiness?” This is another phrase without an answer. When we see the void there, we depart, because we are looking for a void. So we just ask ourselves: “Where is emptiness?” until we perceive the void.
“If all things return to the One, to what does the One return?” There we remain still, in waiting until it manifests.
The Koan is necessary until the escape occurs. The first one of all is very effective. You do this, imagine what one hand sounds like, and you stay there until you are liberated.
Practice for Meditation with Koans
1
Find a quiet place:
First, you must always find a quiet place; you can do it during the day at the office or in a place where you can shut yourself in and no one will disturb you, or have a Meditation room. The importance of having such a place will be seen. This is a place to seek Power and Wisdom, therefore, it is a very special place.
2
Conjuration of the Belilin and Magic Circle.
3
Supplication to the Father and Mother for Assistance:
With our own words and with good imagination.
4
Relaxation:
As simple as possible, making sure our body is very comfortable, that nothing bothers it; it is advisable to scan it completely. When we feel it well relaxed, we take the next step.
5
Evolving Thought:
For example: I prepare a plot of land, I weed it, disinfect the soil, fertilize it, prepare a seedbed, place the seeds until they germinate, make furrows, transplant them, water them, imagine how they are born and grow, after a while they produce buds, they begin to bloom, the rose bush becomes beautiful, I feel its aroma, it gives flowers and flowers.
6
Involuting Thought:
I imagine how the rose bush is wilting, drying, no longer producing roses, it dries completely, the wind knocks it down, the wind carries away the fallen branches, everything is over.
7
Synthesis of thought or stillness of the mind.
8
Place the Koan.
Practice patiently until achieved; practice makes the Master.
