Conference A41
THE DANCE OF THE DERVISHES AND THE TRANSMUTATION OF COSMIC FORCES

The purpose of this conference is to give us tools so that we can develop better in the Esoteric Work.
THE DANCE OF THE DERVISHES
The Dervishes are Masters from Turkey who live in the desert. There are Singing Dervishes and Dancing Dervishes. The Singing Dervishes teach the processes of Consciousness through chants and music. The Dancing Dervishes teach through dances how the body can be in harmony with the Universe with certain movements or Runes, which mobilize forces within us that are very useful for achieving Concentration.
Therefore, these dances aim to help us achieve Concentration. We must perform them before any practice to succeed. Thus, to successfully perform any practice: astral projection, meditation, etc., if you want to obtain good results, you must harmonize the Physical Body with the inner part. And this is achieved with these exercises.
These three dances are as follows:
First Dance:
Open the arms, keeping them straight and perpendicular to the torso. Place the palms of the hands upwards and begin to turn clockwise.
This practice is very useful because it unburdens the liver, the solar plexus, and the emotional zone. Furthermore, it organizes and sets the Seven Chakras to spin correctly, in a clockwise direction. Unfortunately, the mismanagement of energies and the energetic depletion in which all human beings live cause these Chakras to spin in the opposite direction. This exercise aligns and coordinates the three brains, and produces a vibratory phenomenon.
It should be practiced every day. A minimum of twenty-one (21) turns must be performed. When you finish spinning, place your right foot forward, bending it slightly, and put your left arm over your right knee. With your right hand, press your brow to prevent dizziness. If done for eight consecutive days, you will notice that you no longer feel dizzy, or if you do, it is very slight. This helps to cleanse the liver, allowing for better astral projection.
The Second Dance is to quiet the mind:
Most people work all day and carry many worries. These worries prevent them from focusing when they are going to meditate, or project themselves, or do any other practice. If we are intellectuals and spend all day sitting in an office, it is necessary to balance ourselves a little, to progress in our practices.
Therefore, it is advisable to do the dance we are going to teach for five or ten minutes. It is a dance that coordinates the three brains: first, it quiets the Intellectual, the best way to quiet the Intellectual is by not thinking; it sets the Emotional with the required mood to begin any practice; and it balances the Motor.
This exercise is very simple and is carried out as follows: we begin to run or march without moving and at the same time we start to clap rhythmically in front of and behind the body, and simultaneously turn the head from one side to the other. That's the entire exercise.
Undoubtedly, while doing the exercise, you cannot think, because no thought can be maintained during the exercise, then the process of balance begins to occur. If we do this exercise for five or ten minutes before any practice, we will obtain a much higher concentration capacity.
Third Dance:
We begin to run or march without moving. This time we start to clap rhythmically to the left and turn our head to the right. Then we clap to the right and turn our head to the left. It is very simple, and you have to practice it until you coordinate it very well. These are the two exercises. The important thing is to coordinate three things: head movements, arm movements forward and back or to the sides, and leg movements. Finally, breathing is also coordinated. When you have enough practice, they are done with great ease. Constant practice leads to mastery.
THE TRANSMUTATION OF COSMIC FORCES
The Transmutation of Cosmic Force is a work that we must do consciously. This work is done between Planet Earth, the Microcosm Man, and the Star Sirius.
Before initiating it, we must perform the dance of the dervishes to achieve sufficient concentration.
When we perform this work, we gain Dharma through conscious help to the planet. This Dharma is reflected in the resulting energy we obtain by participating in this work.
Planet Earth needs our conscious collaboration. Planet Earth also has its Sun within, this Sun is called Melchizedek, the Inner Sun.
In the Star Sirius, we find the Army of the Voice. From it comes all the energy that sustains Creation. If one imagines the Spiritual Sun of Sirius, one sees a spiral of small lights formed by millions of angels moving the Army of the Voice, of a spectacular brilliance. Depending on one's degree of concentration, this can be seen.
A person doing the Transmutation of Cosmic Force for one to two hours can come to see things like these; the opportunity to see it is achieved with good concentration.
We do this work by invoking our Being, because for our Being there is no space, nor is there time. That is, the distance to Sirius does not matter, the distance from where we are to the center of the Earth, the approximately 6,240 kilometers to the center of the Earth, is irrelevant to the Being; It can be there in one second.
We sit with the palms of our hands facing upwards. Let's imagine the vortices of reception and transmission of cosmic energy in our toes.
So, the work consists of transferring energy from planet Earth to the Heart, then transferring it to the star Sirius, then bringing it back down to our Heart, and finally delivering that Cosmic Energy to planet Earth.
The full cycle is completed. We take energy to Sirius and bring energy from Sirius back to planet Earth, exhaling it onto planet Earth by expelling all air from the lungs.
It can be sitting or standing, it doesn't matter. I inhale, making the first figure-eight in the center of the planet and bring it up to the height of the heart, the Figure-Eight is made, it goes out towards Sirius through the crown, because the crown is the exit point of the planet, of the microcosm. Then we arrive at Sirius, we imagine Sirius, we make the Figure-Eight there and return again to the heart, we make the Figure-Eight, at the exit of the heart, we exhale and expel all the discharge to the center of the planet, making the Figure-Eight there in the center.
A complete breath -inhalation, retention, and exhalation- will last from thirty seconds to one minute, according to each person's lung capacity. There's no need to worry about speed, there is no need to rush.
Upon completing the transmutation, we are charged with an unimaginable energy to practice astral projection, meditation, whatever. It is a very special energy; the more it has been transmuted, the better one feels, and the better one can concentrate for the practices.
You can imagine the energy as silver-gray; unexpectedly, you will begin to see it. You will be able to observe the flow of energy running through you, but that is seen during the practice.
The conditions for doing this transmutation exercise are:
  • Being barefoot.
  • In a quiet place.
  • If possible, in contact with the earth. If not possible, then be on materials that do not insulate, such as tile floors. Carpets insulate.
To perform the work of Transmutation of the Cosmic Force, one must create five horizontal Eights, identical to the symbol of Infinity (∞):
  1. The first Eight is below, at the center of the Earth.
  1. The second Eight is at the level of the Heart.
  1. The third Eight is at the Sirius star.
  1. The fourth Eight is at the level of the Heart again.
  1. The fifth Eight finally brings us back to the center of planet Earth.
PRACTICE
We begin with an inhalation. With Imagination, we collect energy from the center of planet Earth, making the first figure-eight. Then we ascend to the Heart.
We make the second figure-eight at heart level. Holding our breath, we exit through the crown of our head and go towards Sirius, imagining Sirius. We make the third figure-eight in Sirius.
We descend to our heart, penetrating through the crown. We make the fourth figure-eight in the Heart.
Exiting the Heart, we exhale, sending all the energy we bring back to Earth, imagining that we discharge that energy into the center of the planet. And we make the fifth figure-eight.
